SHIPPING POLICY
We ship every order with the same care we put into crafting it. Below is
everything you need to know about how your VRUPALS piece reaches you.
— Processing Time —
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat)
• Custom or made-to-order pieces: 5–7 business days before dispatch
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day
— Domestic Shipping (within India) —
STANDARD DELIVERY
• Free on orders above ₹999
• ₹99 flat rate on orders below ₹999
• Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days from dispatch
• Available across all serviceable PIN codes in India
EXPRESS DELIVERY
• Flat ₹199 (regardless of order value)
• Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days from dispatch
• Available for metro and tier-1 cities only
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
• Available on orders up to ₹5,000
• Additional COD handling fee of ₹49 applies
• Not available on offer/sale items
— Order Tracking —
You will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with your tracking
number once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order anytime
at /pages/track-order using your order ID and email.
— Packaging —
Every piece ships in our signature VRUPALS box — wrapped in tissue, sealed,
and ready to gift. Care card and authenticity certificate included with every
order.
— Failed Delivery / Address Issues —
• Our courier partner makes 3 delivery attempts before returning the package
• If returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability, the
order will be cancelled and refunded minus shipping charges (₹99–199)
• Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout
— Lost or Delayed Shipments —
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date by more than
3 business days, please email vrupals2402@gmail.com with your order ID. We
will coordinate with our courier partner and resolve it within 48 hours.
— Non-Serviceable Pincodes —
A small number of remote PIN codes are not currently serviceable by our
courier partners. If your area is non-serviceable, you'll be notified
within 24 hours of placing the order and offered a full refund.
— International Shipping —
We currently do not offer international shipping. We're working on bringing
VRUPALS to international customers soon — sign up for our newsletter to
be notified when it goes live.
— Customs / Duties —
Not applicable for domestic orders.
