  <li>Standard shipping below ₹999: a flat ₹79.</li>
  <li>Standard delivery: <strong>3–5 business days</strong> across most cities.</li>
  <li>Express delivery (1–2 business days) available at checkout in select pin codes.</li>
  <li><strong>Cash on Delivery</strong> available across India for orders up to ₹10,000.</li>

<h2>International Shipping</h2>

  <li>We ship worldwide via DHL / FedEx Express.</li>
  <li>Delivery: <strong>7–14 business days</strong> depending on destination.</li>
  <li>Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.</li>
  <li>Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.</li>

<h2>Order Processing</h2>
<p>Every VRUPALS piece is hand-finished and quality-checked before it leaves our atelier. Most orders are dispatched within <strong>1–2 business days</strong>. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 7–10 business days — you'll see this clearly noted on the product page.</p>

<h2>Order Tracking</h2>

<h2>Holidays & Sales</h2>
<p>During festive sales (Diwali, Akshaya Tritiya, year-end) and public holidays, dispatch may take an additional 1–2 days. We always ship as quickly as we can without compromising on quality checks.</p>
